I signed up for a Permit Center account but did not receive a verification email to proceed to log into my account. What should I do?


We are sorry about this! There is a pretty simple fix to force another verification email to be sent to you. First, please check your spam folder for this verification email. If there’s nothing there, do the following:

Go back to the login screen for the city where you signed up for an account. The address is likely something like www.[CityName].cts.city

Click on “Forgot Password”

Click the link “Resend Verification Email?”
