What does each Status mean in the Permit Center?
Below is a list of descriptions for each status in the Permit center:
Payment hasn’t been made and an application hasn’t been submitted.
After payment and submitting an application, or after making changes and resubmitting; application is no longer modifiable from the portal).
City is done with review and found issues with the application; has likely left a message for the applicant; application is modifiable again.
City says it is good to go; permit will be/has been created from it and will be removed from Applications section to Permits section of customer portal home page.
Change to this status instead of deleting the record.
